Since I was young, I’ve always loved team sports more than individual sports. It’s probably because I believe in the concept of a team – the idea that the unique strengths of each player can be collectively combined to do great things like score goals and win championships.

Not surprisingly, growing up in Canada in the 80s and 90s, I played hockey. It all started when my father would take me to the outdoor rink to skate. It wasn’t long before I got the bug and joined a team.

I’ve been hooked ever since.

I loved the competitive side, the feeling that came with winning (and sometimes losing) as a team. This passion took me all over North America where I played in front of crowds of more than 20,000 people. (Crazy, right?) Along the way, I met extraordinary people who encouraged me to push myself and take my place as a leader. All these experiences have made me the person I am today: hard-working, respectful, competitive, passionate, confident and optimistic.

Today, as a father of 2 and marketing professional, I’m excited to take my lifelong passion for the sport and launch The Beauty Bunch – an NFT collection I’ve been working on since the fall of 2021. My goal is to bring together people who love sports as much as I do, to help build a dedicated and vibrant community. Together, I think we can create the greatest Web3 hockey brand. Another dimension of the project is to fund programs that will introduce hockey to children who wouldn’t otherwise have an opportunity to play. Lofty goals? Yes. But to quote one of the greats, you miss one hundred percent of the shots you don’t take.

TERMS OF SALE

The Beauty Bunch Inc. (“We” or “The Beauty Bunch”) exists to establish and operate a digital hockey community. The Terms of Sale are a legal agreement between The Beauty Bunch and you, whether you are a visitor or a member (“Member”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site or any of our services you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms of Sale, including those additional terms and conditions referenced in the Site and/or available by link. Your use of the Site is also conditioned on your acceptance of our Privacy Policy which can be found at the footer of this webpage. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Sale or the Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.

We provide you, our users, access to information regarding the private digital collection of The Beauty Bunch, stored as ERC-721A tokens on the Ethereum blockchain. We are offering for sale one type of digital collectible on or about October 11th, 2022. The purchase of each NFT is a transaction in goods and not a promise to provide, or a guarantee of receipt of, future services from The Beauty Bunch, although we will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you unlock expanded functionality associated with the membership.

Please note, all post-minting purchases of Beauty Bunch NFTs through the Services are made via links to third-party NFT marketplaces. Such links are available on the Site for your convenience only, we are solely an intermediary between you and such marketplaces. As such, you assume all risks and are entirely responsible for all activity conducted with such marketplaces, including purchasing NFTs and validating any related contracts. Because the purchase and ownership of an NFT is entirely accomplished by a self-executing smart contract running on a blockchain, we have no ability to reverse a purchase or refund a payment once executed. Any purchase or payment issues are your sole responsibility.

When you purchase a Beauty Bunch NFT, you are the owner of that digital asset, and thus have the right to transfer, sell, or trade the NFT. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network: at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Beauty.

Personal Use

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms of Sale, The Beauty Bunch Inc. grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes:

– For your own personal, non-commercial use.

– As part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your Beauty / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Beauty owner’s rights to display the Art for their Beauty to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art.

Commercial Use

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms of Sale, The Beauty Bunch Inc. grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”). Examples of such Commercial Use would e.g. be the use of the Art to produce and sell merchandise products (T-Shirts etc.) displaying copies of the Art. For the sake of clarity, nothing in this Section will be deemed to restrict you from:

– Owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of Beauty generally, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Beauty owner’s rights to display the Art for their Beauty to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art

– Owning or operating a third-party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of Beauty generally, provided that the third party website or application cryptographically verifies each Beauty owner’s rights to display the Art for their Beauty to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Purchased Beauty leaves the website/application

– Earning revenue from any of the foregoing.

Our Site contains links to third-party websites that are not owned by us, such as third-party NFT marketplaces mentioned above. We have no control over the policies or practices of any such third-party website, including any content provided by such third-party that may be displayed, included, or made available through the Services. As such, we assume no responsibility for any damages you incur in connection with such third-party websites. Your correspondence and business dealings with any third parties via the Services are solely between you and such third parties. You should read the terms and conditions, privacy policies, etc. of any third-party website prior to using third-party services.

Any information you provide in connection with the use of the Services, such as those relating to your account is your sole responsibility. This means that you are responsible for the accuracy of all the information that you provide us through the Services. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any errors or omissions with respect to such information, or for damages of any kind incurred as a result of such errors or omissions. You agree that you bear all risks associated with the use of any information you provide us including, but not limited to, our reliance on the accuracy, legality, timeliness, or completeness of such information.

We may change the Terms from time to time, at our sole discretion. Changes to the Terms of Sale are effective when they are posted on this webpage as of the “Last Modified” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change to the Terms of Sale constitutes your acceptance of the changes thereto. The parties represent and warrant that each has the power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder and that in doing so will not conflict with any other agreement. The Beauty Bunch warrants that the Services do not knowingly infringe the intellectual property of any third-party.

All purchases of any Beauty Bunch NFT are final and non-refundable.
